- ensure raw products are used in rotation at all times First in - First out
- unused raw product and packaging must be covered, labeled and returned to USDA supermarket designated location at the end run.
- using the pick list/recipe sheet, ensure raw products and packaging items are available and staged for production to maximize productivity and minimize changeovers and down time.
- ensure proper use of scales and weigh product accordingly to the batch recipe
