Description

 

Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for processing the final phase of the repair process.  Inspect product to ensure work is complete and documentation is in order.  Upon inspection of the product, scan and enter documentation into the system.  Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock and others. Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized.

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

   

  • Manages repair orders to ensure flow of work is inspected and logged in
  • Partners with production on repair items
  • Ensures that orders are fulfilled, accurately and to the upmost quality standards.
  • Meets daily KPIs and Goals set by management
  • Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
  • Monitors product quality, report problems to mitigate issues
  • Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

 

  • Minimum Education required: High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-3 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Must be organized and sense of attention to detail
  • Keen eye for reviewing/inspecting of quality products
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Strong collaboration with team members
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus with ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Must be able to work overtime as required by the demands of the business

 

 

 

 

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

  • Equipment: Reasonable care and operation of standard equipment.
  • Financial:  Errors in the repair process may result in costly exchanges of products

 

  • Internal and External Business Contacts: Responsible for maintaining good relations internally. Generally interacts with After Sales personnel and visitors as necessary.

 

  • Supervisory: None.

Vision abilities require close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus in order to ensure quality of products.
