Description

Longstanding Omaha telecommunications company is looking for a motivated and compassionate Training and Development Manager to train and develop their call center team! Utilize your Remote Learning knowledge in a new management role starting immediately!

 

$55-60,000/yr - Depending on longevity of training experience

 

Responsibilities of a superior Training and Development Manager include:

  • Manage Quality Assurance Program with all agents
  • Provide continuous feedback on all agents, suggest further training as needed
  • Provide development for agents demonstrating the ability for additional responsibility
  • Schedule all training classes to accommodate new client needs as well as agents’ schedules which may include evenings 

3-6 years of REMOTE training experience is required for this role
