Remedy Staffing is looking for a warehouse supervisor for a 3rd party logistics company in the Groveport/Lockbourne area!
Shift: 1st, 6AM - 2:30PM
Pay: $55-65K, depending on experience. DIRECT HIRE!
Job Duties:
- Direct warehouse operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
- Facilitate the development of a safe, reliable, well-trained, and knowledgeable workforce.
- Prepare and review monthly production hours by maintaining daily revenue hours vs payroll hours.
- Overseeing and managing a team of at least 20 associates.
- Managing attendance and coaching for warehouse associates.
- Ensure company safety policies are followed at all times.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years recent supervisory experience within a warehouse or distribution center (preferably a 3rd party logistics provider)
- Requires excellent computer skills, Microsoft office.
- Proficient with RF scan guns.
- Must have demonstrated ability in training team members and new associates.
