Maintenance Technicians
Remedy Staffing is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in HVAC to work at a local apartment complex in the Waco, TX area!
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $18/hr DOE
Job Duties:
- Must be HVAC certified/licensed.
- Will perform general upkeep and maintenance in an apartment building.
- Install new equipment or repair old equipment such as furnaces, electrical circuits or outlets, sinks and toilets.
- General upkeep on the property.
- Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines.
- Plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system.
