Shift: 1st; 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr based on experience

Job Duties of a HR Generalist:

• Assist with internal and external HR matters
• Assist with developing organizational guidelines
• Develop strategies to motivate employees
• Manage all steps within the recruitment process
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Manage the organization’s employee database
• Produce and submit reports as needed
• Assist with payroll 

• Human Resources certification, and/or Associates Degree in Human Resources
• Knowledge with HR laws, rules and regulations
• Prior HR management, HR Generalist experience a plus
