Calling all customer service pros! Established technical banking company is growing in the Omaha area! Utilize your call center experience in a great opportunity starting SOON!

$16.00/hr to Start! | 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift schedules available | Swing shifts available 

Major responsibilities include:

• Solving incoming calls regarding customer’s questions and concerns
• Provide accurate information and quality customer service
• Research inquires and document results in various technical programs while working with other departments where necessary

Required experience includes:

• High level communication skills
• Call center driven experience
• Ability to multitask and navigate various technical systems at a time

This position will go fast!! Training class starting the beginning in March!
