Manufacturing Company in North Java looking for a Customer Service Rep.
Shift: Monday-Friday 1:00p-9:00p
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Assist the Customer Service Team Leader in an effective productive manner.
Duties:
- Create customer and shop drawings digitally.
- Produce accurate and complete quotes, customer orders and shop orders.
- Input details/ data in ERP system.
- Interact professionally with customers and Select team members.
- Phone, social media and ecommerce sales, support and customer service.
- Willingness to support calls and questions to support customers on the West Coast.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Previous customer service experience desirable.
Skills needed:
- Proficient in mathematics
- Problem solving
- Detail orientated
- Ability to learn Autocad
- Telephone, internet and social media savvy
- Strong interpersonal skills
