Local organization seeking an Administrative Coordinator! 

  • Responsible for assisting on loan origination, loan servicing and transaction management
  • Responsible to maintain and update website and marketing material
  • Establish and maintain all documentation and contract files
  • Responsible for loan documents, drafting and finalizing correspondence
  • Proofreads documents for typographical and grammatical accuracy
  • Assist with processing of contracts and agreements  
  • Files regulatory reports as needed
  • Maintains calendar and schedules appointments 
  • Prepares internal forms and finalizes all travel related forms
  • Prepares purchase orders and requisitions
  • Establishes and maintains office filing and recordkeeping systems of files
  • Maintains inventory records of equipment
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings and preparing meeting agendas
  • Must distribute meeting materials and take/record meeting minutes
  • Assist in preparing bills, resolutions, and testimony
  • Responsible for examining, tracking, and monitoring all legislative measures
  • Report progress, problems and/or major revisions of legislative measures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Must be good with calculations and have previous experience working with numbers
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $17-$19 per hour
