Hours range from 7am-11pm M-F and 7am-3pm on weekends - and OT available! Pay is $17.00-$18.00/hour.
Inbound phone calls are from insurance enrollees seeking more information regarding their accounts - their coverage - their enrollment premiums and more!
Must be patient and empathetic to be successful in this role - as well as comfortable navigating several computer systems. Ideal candidates will have previous medical, insurance, HR, or high-level call center experience.
