Remedy Staffing is looking for full-time professionals and organized Customer Service Representatives/ Recruiters to join our team.

**SPANISH Bilingual is a plus**

You will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors with their applications, answering phones calls, calling all new applicants and assisting with the process flow in the office.

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with company's regulations
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Perform filing, data entry, and other general office duties
• Call new applicants to schedule interviews
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

?Qualifications:

• Able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
