Owners of a restaurant group consisting of six outlets looking for an Office Manager!
Job Duties include:
- Input daily sales and labor into spreadsheet
- Daily management of profit and loss statement
- Receive coded invoices and input into quick books
- Manage community and guest relations
- Work with reservations team to oversee, manage and execute guest relations on property
- Submit new hire paperwork and employment changes
- In charge of setting up team events
- Work with hotel departments to support hotel needs
- Maintain great vendor relations Track expenses and process expense reports
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Prepare analysis of accounts and set up invoices for payment
- Verify invoices and check requests
- Carry out billing, collections and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Perform account reconciliations
- Monitor customer account details for delayed payments and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Submit monthly reports for invoice management
- Manage petty cash and payouts
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative/restaurant industry experience (fine dining experience preferred)
- Previous experience in accounting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Must have strong technical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to prioritize and work well with minimal supervision
