Shift: 2nd; 3:25pm - 1:55am, Monday - Thursday, Overtime as needed

Pay: $22.50/hr

Job Duties of a Maintenance Technician:

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis
• Inspect belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, seals, etc
• Repair or replace broken parts
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists
• Monitor start-up of assigned areas, repair any issues identified during start-up, complete work orders, respond to maintenance calls, maintain spare parts crib and required documentation
• Complete equipment moves, projects, and rebuilds. LOTO Certified, Confined space, etc

• Experience with industrial motors and motor controls
• CNC and PLC troubleshooting experience
• Hydraulic/pneumatic experience
• Understand and Troubleshoot using electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
• Knowledge of working with and troubleshooting 120 volt to 460 volts electrical systems, 1 phase and 3 phase
