Large medical insurance company in downtown Honolulu looking for 3 Medical Call Center Representatives to join their team! The company is seeking individuals that enjoy a fast-paced, busy environment!

Job Duties:

• High volume call center to support with the COVID Vaccine Line
• Assist with inquiries regarding medical benefits
• Ensure claims are accurate
• Generate reports
• Complete data entry

Qualifications:

• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed

Pay: $12 per hour
