Receptionist Job Duties:
- Greet and direct visitors
- Schedule conference rooms
- Research and process paperwork for department
- Scanning and filing paperwork
- Answer the phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- High volume of data entry
- General administrative duties
- Previous administrative work experience
- MS Word and Excel knowledge required
- Must be able to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $15-16 per hour, depending on experience
