Company Shift:8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday

Pay: $20.00+/hr

Job Duties of the Help Desk Technician:

  • Manage and troubleshoot all hardware, software, and basic network related issues.
  • Support all issues with OS (Windows 10, Windows 7) and applications (printers, servers, routers, internet connections, etc.
  • Basic support for Windows Servers, O365, and Citrix Rollout new software, hardware, and peripherals Perform software updates
  • Set up new computers Create, change, and delete user accounts.
  • Perform onsite service calls Develop computer-related procedures and policies
  • Work on small projects
  • Manager cloud accounts such as O365, Verizon Wireless, and eFax

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years technical experience supporting workstations.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10. As well as Office Suites, Windows Server, O365, Citrix, smartphones, wireless, VPN, network and VOIP knowledge.
