Local company seeking an IT Network Administrator to join their team!
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement network plans, MOPs, troubleshooting, proof-of-concept, and quality review processes
- Perform carrier interop, advanced routing, translations, migrations, and optimization of voice network traffic
- Establish and maintain standards for feature compatibility, end-user experience, and endpoint device integration
- Configures, operates, maintains, and secures voice switching network
- Engineer customized technical solutions, training, and support for all business communication services
- Serve as technical support for all Metaswitch and integrated core network elements
- Focuses on advanced solutions applications and enriching customer experience
- Specializes in custom configurations and proposals for mixed network environments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with different software systems
- Self-starter with great organizational skills
Pay: $27-$30 per hour, depending on experience
