Responsibilities include working within a shop pulling orders and preparing them for shipment, both small package and freight as well as receiving incoming material and processing the necessary paperwork.

• Enters the shipping details of invoices into a computer system to arrange shipping
• Accurately pulling product and packaging orders to prevent damages
• Prepare freight shipments for pickup
• Works closely with sales to ensure accurate and timely shipments
• Hand/Power Tool Knowledge to assemble crating 

• Experience working within a customer service and order entry environment
• Excellent typing and ten key skills
• Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to details, highly organized
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced shop environment
• Knowledge of SAGE 100 software or comparable ERP system
• Ability to stand for a long period of time
