Warehouse Supervisor Pay: $18.00-19.50/ hour
Hours: 9:00pm-5:30am (Monday-Friday)
Warehouse Supervisor Duties:
- Provides direct and immediate on-the-job work direction to production line team in addition to performing all production line operator duties covering for breaks, absences, or shortages, etc
- Monitors worker productivity to ensure work completion is on track and that daily goals are met
- Addresses production line workers when standards or processes are not accurately followed
- Ensures quality standards are being met on production lines
- Informs Shift Supervisor of any employee performance, behavior/misconduct issues that need to be addressed as well as exemplary employee performance
- Informs Shift Supervisor of any equipment or operations problems during shift
- Trains new employees on production line
- Assists Shift Supervisor with daily tasks as needed
