Well established and long standing downtown Omaha insurance company is growing! Our client is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join their Client Services team to assist with billing and reporting!

Monday-Friday | $20/hr | Schedules between 7am and 6pm

This role includes:

• Assist with customer support, billing processes, payments and agent/insured calls
• Process and verify payments
• Serves as first level technical support for customers and agents calling in regarding insurance softwares 
• Assist with first level underwriting questions while troubleshooting procedure issues
• Participates in testing of new billing, claims and computer applications while notating issues

Bachelor’s degree Required for this role; financial, accounts, economics background helpful but not required
