$Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently seeking candidates to consider for a Lead Operator at our valued client located just outside of Portage, WI.  This is a direct hire opportunity working 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime at different times of the year. Shift: 1^st; 4/6am – finished; Monday – Friday (Weekend overtime on occasion)

Pay: $17-$19/hr boe

Job duties of the Lead Operator:

• Monitor shipping/receiving of product to ensure quality aspects are met
• Monitor and maintain shipping yard and tractors/trailers and forklifts
• Track product flow and various types of product
• Plan, schedule and ensure sanitation of work areas & equipment
• Assist management with various functions to ensure production schedule is meeting deadlines
