• 1:45pm-10:15pm or 9:45pm-6:15am
• 32-40 hour work week

• The production operator may be involved in more than one process including cleaning (remove excess foam and build up on the molds), spraying (applying release agent to the mold to prevent the foamed part from sticking to the mold or the part being burned), demolding (removal of parts from the molds and visually inspect for voids, tears, out of channel or missing wires), or inlaying (accurately inlaying wires, hard foam, fleeces and frames into molds)

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including rotating shifts of 8-12 hours in duration

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when performing specific job tasks
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Will be trained by the Milliken PIT Trainer to use a sit-down forklift on occasion (no prior experience required but must be willing to learn this skill) and use a tugger to move product throughout the facility. May use manual pallet jack as well and this position requires an industrial athlete as lift can be up to 50 lbs.  Pay rate = $11.45/hour to start.
