Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for Quality Assurance Technician 

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Pay: 13.00 Per Hour Hours

2nd Shift: 3:00PM -11:00PM

ALL Training will be completed on 1st Shift and then transition to the permanent shift.

Duties

• Perform regular quality assessments on completes and outgoing products for shipping.
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Read and understand drawings and specifications to understand the requirements of products.
• Examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing initial reports and transferring to electronic records.
• Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. Resolve and escalate when needed quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

-          High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

-          A minimum of 1 year experience in a production environment.

-          Certification or experience in quality control is preferred.

-          Knowledge and good understating of MS Office.

-          Acceptable math and technical skills.

-          Basic understanding of quality control, inspection and testing techniques.
