Are you a self-starter with strong organization, planning and interpersonal skills? Remedy is currently hiring for Account Managers to focus on building and maintaining business relationships with internal employees, customers, and prospects.

Pay: Starts at $33.00/hour, depending on experience

Job Duties of the Account Manager:

• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal employees, external customers and prospects
• Serve as the primary liaison between operational departments to resolve issues, streamline processes, provide training and support to customers
• Track contract deliverables to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship (contract development, operational implementation, compliance)
• Facilitate issue resolution to achieve solutions that meet expectations of all parties involved
• Some travel may be required in this role
