Lead Painter Position in Sanford, FL 

The lead painter performs skilled work in preparing metal and other surfaces on light fixtures and light fixture components for painting and powder coating.

Painter will be responsible for applying lacquers, primers, synthetic enamels, polyurethane, and epoxy with spray guns and other painting equipment.

The lead painter will be responsible for scheduling paint jobs in accordance with the production schedule and oversee a group of up to 3 assistants.

1st shift- full-time and overtime available
