Hours: 8:00/9:00/10:00am – 5:00/6:00/7:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Maintenance Duties:
- Painting empty apartments
- Taking garbage to the dumpster from the restrooms, common area and yard
- Moving appliances (Oven/Stove, Refrigerator, dishwasher, Washier & Dryer)
- Replacing light bulbs, furnace filters and adjusting thermostats
- Minor plumbing
- Fixing toilet & sink clogs and sink leaks
- Resetting breaker boxes and GFI outlets
