Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $15-$17/ph, depending on experience
Local electrical/construction company looking for a great candidate who is detail-oriented and has a strong clerical/customer service background to assist within an office that's a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and distribute correspondence - change orders, estimates, purchase orders, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Order office supplies
- Receive, sort and distribute the mail
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Download plans
- Maintain bid calendar
