The Team Lead will be responsible for managing the daily efforts and productivity of others while operating in line with company SOPS to ensure efficiency. The position requires a real “team first” mentality and a desire to never stop improving. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse setting, ideally in a previous leadership role.
Requirements:
- Shipping/Receiving Lead Experience
- Motivate & Inspire team to accomplish daily goals by executing and following company SOPs
- Responsible for timely and accurate check-in of inventory
- Load, Unload & Sign for freight and carrier shipments
- Manage client stock to ensure easy and accurate picking space
- Report Daily and Weekly Numbers to Manager
- Working knowledge and previous experience using a WMS
- Basic mathematical skills
- Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
- Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
- Experience counting and handling inventory
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused
- Strong sense of urgency
- Knowledge & Experience with BOLs
- Forklift experience Strong computer skills – must be proficient utilizing Excel and email
Pay will depend on shift and experience ($16.00 to $17.50/hr)
