Local company seeking a HR Generalist to join their team!
Duties include:
- Administer various HR functions for personnel
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Assist with SOP’s and employee compensation
- Employee Relations and Benefits Coordination
- Labor Relations and Performance Management
- Maintain regulations and compliance
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of previous HR Generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices
- Self-starter with strategic thinking mindset
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to multi-task and juggle different priorities
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience
