Remedy is hiring for Building Maintenance Mechanics

Location: Norfolk

Pay:12 Per Hour

Hours: 7:30AM-4:30PM

Duties:

Performing routine structural, plumbing, appliance, and electrical maintenance assignments to repair apartment units, performing routine painting assignments, makes repairs and replacements to prepare apartment for new tenants, performs routine grounds maintenance assignments, assisting in moving furniture, supplies, and other items for transport as needed and other added duties.

Must bring own tools
