Large local insurance provider seeking a full-time Call Center Representative.
Primary duties:
- Answer incoming calls pertaining to company inquiries
- Assist with phone calls and directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Professional phone etiquette
- Need to provide excellent customer service to external and internal inquiries
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and follow through
- Ability to work well with others
- Must have computer proficiency and comfortable using MS Office programs
Pay: $12 per hour
