Shipping Supervisor
Remedy Staffing is now hiring for Shipping Supervisor in Jacksonville for a manufacturing plant!
JACKSONVILLE WAREHOUSE - SHIPPING SUPERVISOR
Duties Include:
- Uses shipping orders, and inventory reports to determine type and quantity of materials required availability of stock, and order priority.
- Informs department manager of employee issues and conflicts and assists in providing an appropriate solution.
- Confers with production supervisor to determine status of daily shipping requirements and assures that adequate manpower, materials, and equipment are available to meet daily shipments.
- Perform weekly finished goods cycle counts.
- Print packing lists, BOL’s, pick tickets and prepare for warehouse personnel and Customer Service
- Performs quarterly evaluations of employees and recommends performance pay adjustments when justified or PIP.
- Identifies shipping and process errors and submits CAR’s for approval.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
