Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for 1st and 2nd Shift Production Leads in the San Antonio, TX area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00/hr.
Hours:
- 1st Shift- 7:00AM Start Time- Will Work 8-10HR Shift (Flexibility Req.)
- 2nd Shift- 3:00PM Start Time- Will Work 8-10HR Shift (Flexibility Req.)
Work Schedule: Will Work 5 days out of the week (Flexibility. Req.)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in food manufacturing
- 4+ years Lead experience
Production Lead Responsibilities:
- Resolving production problems
- Training employees
- Facilitating team participation
- Giving and receiving employee feedback
- Managing projects and teams - leadership or mentoring experience
