Immediate 1st Shift Temp-To-Hire Assemblers Needed in Des Moines, IA!

Pay: $14.00 /Hour

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-5:00pm
• Friday 8:00am-Non (Leave at Noon on Fridays if you have 40 hours in or stay for Over Time!)

Assembler Duties:

• Measure, cut and assemble wood, sheet metal, wiring or glass products
• Work with basic hand tools; hammer, screw drivers & tape measure
• Work with power tools; table saws, nail guns and drills
• Working in a team environment to assemble products

• Ability to read or learn to read blue prints and schematics
• Ability to lift, push, pull 30+ pound on a constant basis
• Ability to push, pull & lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
• Ability to measure correctly to an 8th of an inch and make precision cuts
• Previous construction or building experience (framing, rough or finish carpentry) is strongly preferred
• Must have steel toed boots
