Immediately Hiring Direct Hire Call Center Representatives for our Accounting and Taxation office located in Lindenhurst NY!
Pay Rate: $15/hour or DOE
Hours: 8AM-5PM, M-F
Duties of a Call Center Representative:
- Must have minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience.
- Must be able to manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers needs, answer their queries in a simple way.
- Build sustainable relationship with the clients as a call center representative.
- Keep record of all the conversation in the database.
