Building Maintenance Engineer in Lexington KY!

Direct Hire with Great Company based in Lexington! No Overnight travel required.

Performs general maintenance on the properties including electrical such as lightbulb and ballast changes, plumbing issues, HVAC filter changes and troubleshooting, and other building maintenance as needed. Monitors all contracted labor on-site at designated properties. Maintains good working relationships with tenants, suppliers, vendors and others serving the company or properties.

Company vehicle, cell phone available

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule, some OT required

• 5 years of building maintenance experience required
• HVAC certification a plus
• High School Diploma or GED required
