Skills needed:

• extensive knowledge in all areas of maintenance including PLC's, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic
• should have PC skills and ability to analyze data
• must have exceptional coaching skills
• must have knowledge in fully utilizing preventative maintenance plan
• Must have Electrical Experience

• Co-ordinates and administer all maintenance to the facility projects, including plant housekeeping
• trains and evaluates plant maintenance techs
• engineers safety into equipment design
• investigates and troubleshoots broken machinery
