Now Hiring - Customer Service Representative

Serve as a contact for clients, sales representative/production personnel, gather/share information as needed. Take the job specifications from the sales rep. or client, initiate the job ticket, plan the job, ensuring all materials are available for the jobs, finalizing the scheduling, keep track of the jobs progress, generate purchase orders, produce tickets for deliveries and freight, inspect proofs and set up press checks when required, keep accurate records, solve problems, pull and file job tickets, answer phone calls and assist with walk-ins.

Job Requirements

  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize job functions
  • Must be able to handle heavy data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Must be proficient Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with PACE job management system would be a plus, but not required
  • Commercial printing experience is preferred
  • Prior sales experience would be a benefit
  • Good customer service skills
