Customer Service responsibilities include:
· Solving incoming calls regarding customer’s questions and concerns
· Provide accurate information and quality customer service
· Research inquires and document results in various technical programs while working with other departments where necessary
Required experience includes:
· High level communication skills
· Call center driven experience
· Ability to multitask and navigate various technical systems at a time
