Description

Calling all customer service pros! Established technical banking company is growing in the Omaha area! Utilize your call center experience in a great opportunity starting SOON!

$15.00/hr - $17.00/hr | Multiple schedules available!

Customer Service responsibilities include:

· Solving incoming calls regarding customer’s questions and concerns
· Provide accurate information and quality customer service
· Research inquires and document results in various technical programs while working with other departments where necessary

Required experience includes:

· High level communication skills
· Call center driven experience
· Ability to multitask and navigate various technical systems at a time

This position will go fast!! Training class starting the beginning of November!
