Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm

Pay: $16-18 starting wage

Job Duties:

  • Get estimates on international shipping costs and follow rules in accordance to international shipping.
  • Process customs paperwork for shipments.
  • Correspond with customers to provide status updates, obtain payments and provide receipts for purchases.
  • Maintain product knowledge.
  • Prepare, gather, and forward necessary documentation after shipment.
  • Investigates and resolves customer issues.
  • Keep accurate customer and shipping records.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a customer facing role, preferably with international clientele.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; professional demeanor.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • High degree of confidentiality.
  • Extremely organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with demonstrated work experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret policies and instructions and follow said policies.
  • Experience in pulling/writing reports.
  • High School  Diploma or equivalent.
