Signing Specialist Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and conduct client signings 
  • Manage company database
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Signing Specialist Qualifications:

  • Notary is required
  • Able to work independently and learn new tasks quickly
  • Possess strong organizational skills 
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience required

Pay: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience
