Description

Large Insurance company in Omaha is looking for contractors in their Insurance Customer Service department! Our client is currently looking to add to their Pre-Auth team as well as their Med-Supp team! Insurance and Customer Service experience are a must for this awesome opportunity!

 

Monday - Friday schedules range between 7:30am - 6:00pm | $16/hr

Classroom style training for up to 2 weeks - 8:00am - 5:00pm

 

Both positions will be providing customer service assistance to insurance holders and agents calling in to check status, walking customers through applications and form submittals, and providing professional and timely assistance through various tasks and procedures.
