Calling all qualified Customer Service Reps. We are looking to hire outstanding candidates for a local beverage distributor!


In this position you will help with service center operations and provide administrative and project management support.

Responsiblities include:

  • Ensuring timely delivery of product to customers
  • Effectively respond to customer requests, problems and requirements
  • Manage your accounts with professionalism and integrity
  • Build relationships through outstanding customer service
  • Help with order processing and ensure data entries on bills of lading, and inventory reports are accurate and timely
  • Meet weekly KPI's set by the CS Manager


Shift: Our client is looking for someone with availability from Mon-Sat, 7am to 7pm, with the potential to transition to a second shift position.

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years customer service experience (service center experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus!
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures/paperwork is required
