Large local company seeking an Administrative Receptionist.

Duties:

  • Meet and greet incoming visitors
  • Answer the phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Administer the receipt and distribution of mail
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain calendar and coordinate meetings as directed
  • General administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous administrative work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with office equipment

 Pay: $14-$15 per hour, depending on experience
