Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm OR 9:30am to 6:00pm, Mon - Fri (will always be on the same shift)
Pay: $13-15/hr (based on experience)
- Answer incoming calls and emails for customers regarding questions with their orders or resolve problems in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers pertaining to their orders (pricing, shipping status, delivery dates, etc.).
- Resolve any customer concerns or issues using standard operating procedures and providing exceptional customer service with first call resolution.
- Successfully utilize cross sell and up sell techniques.
- Calculate pricing and shipping charges.
- Understand/follow client processes, procedures, and acquire product knowledge in order to successfully educate customers.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Customer Service or related experience.
- Strong communication skills to respond to situations in a prompt and professional manner.
- Good listening and problem resolution skills.
- Carry out certain instructions in written or oral form.
- Must be very comfortable working on computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
