Customer Service Representative.
Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $12.00
Representatives will be responsible for handling calls regarding eligibility, billing and claims from medical providers.
Provide services to callers and assist with application, changes and policy related questions.
Document all calls in clear and concise logs.
Performs updates to provider data (Data Entry).
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of program policies and rules to present accurate information to providers.
