Bookkeeper needed with Proficient skills in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.  Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger .  High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.  Perform accounts receivable functions includes invoicing, deposits, and collections. Perform all activities related to accounts payable and processing payments. Perform accounting activities for online sales activities and enter sales data into accounting software Record, prepare and submit sales and use tax forms for multiple states (PA, OH, and NY) Perform payroll functions in an accurate manner; submit payroll taxes Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete and up-to-date manner Conduct reconciliation of all accounts needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum three (3) years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping.
