Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hours, depending on experience
Job Duties of the Customer Service/Account Representative:
• Enter and prepare all paperwork of shipping department and plant manager through appropriate computer program. Generate daily invoices for customers.
• Coordinate with production team to achieve success.
• Respond to any customer questions or concerns regarding project status or other related issues via phone, fax and e-mail. Maintain customer files both physical and in the computer system.
• Work closely with in-house production staff and external vendors to ensure scheduling is maximized and all deliveries are on time.
• Coordinate orders, authorizing orders and resolving customer problems
