Full Charge Bookkeeper

  • Responsible for full cycle accounting duties
  • Code and enter expense invoices
  • Accounts payable
  • Process accounts receivable invoices
  • Prepare bank deposits ensure accuracy in general ledger
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Process employee time sheets and payroll
  • Perform audits
  • Journal entries
  • Prepare payroll tax deposits
  • Accurate filing, data recording and scanning
  • Maintain records

Job Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Quickbooks,Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Bonding is required 
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with financial statements and tax returns
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Associates degree in accounting or related field, preferred

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
