Up to $47,000 - Experience Administrative Assistant Needed!

The Office Administrator is responsible for the general management and administration of the office
while helping to support the operating needs of the staff. Administrative duties will consist of but not limited to general accounting & invoicing, order
processing and other related support activities associated with this important company role.

Starting Pay: $45,000 - $47,000 based on experience

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and route phone calls and manage company voicemail
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Enter bills and POs in QuickBooks
  • Manage A/R and A/P in QuickBooks
  • Manage employee clocking in TSheets and QuickBooks
  • Manage scheduling of time off in TSheets and QuickBooks
  • Initiate onboarding of new employees through the online portal
  • Other office related tasks as required

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 year college education
  • QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise experience
  • Previous and solid experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Smaller company work experience is a plus
  • Friendly & outgoing professional telephone skill sets
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills, positive attitude, and be able to succeed in a team environment
